Local Law 11 / 98 - FISP Reporting

Our hands-on inspection determines the existing conditions of all exterior walls and identifies potential safety hazards. We then prepare and file a written report with the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), detailing any necessary repair strategies. For every project we provide:

  • Façade Inspection Report

  • Design Plans for Restoration

  • On-site Inspections During Repairs 

  • Plans for Bidding

  • DOB Work Permits and Approval

  • Site Safety Plans (Buildings 14 stories and higher)
