Roof Replacement

July 14, 2017

Over a period of time rain, wind and erosion will destroy any roof waterproofing. Periodic inspection and maintenance is required to maintain the roof and prevent severe damages to the building. But when further repairs are not warranted, and a new roof replacement is required it behooves the owners to provide a roof waterproofing system that can properly serve the tenants quality and budget allowance.

Salamon Engineering, with over 30 years of experience, can offer the technical support required to help building managers and co-op boards select a suitable solution.  Plans and specs are designed for each project based on the buildings schedule and budget.

SEG provides construction management and controlled inspections during the roof replacement process to ensure the quality of the work with a final inspection and sign off certifying that the work was completed as per the specs.
